This program is built around progressive strength training, focusing on four key lifts: squats, deadlifts, bench press, and bent-over rows. Three sessions per week, for 12 weeks.
You’ll start by mastering technique and gradually increase strength, moving through five defined levels – from Beginner to Elite. Each phase builds upon the last, ensuring steady progress, proper form, and real, lasting results.
